Good morning everyone and happy Monday. I hope that you all had a great weekend. My apologies for not being around on Friday, it was just one of those days at work. I think that I made it to most of your blogs over the weekend, but if I didn’t I will make sure to stop by today.

As those of you who live on the east coast know, winter decided to give us a little preview of what’s to come over the weekend. The weathermen were originally calling for just a dusting, with no stick actually sticking to the ground, as it would have been too warm recently. When I woke up on Saturday morning that was anything but the case. It looked like we were in full winter mode, with huge flakes falling at a rapid pace. Granted, it stopped by around lunch time, but you can still see we got a decent amount in a short period of time. It seemed weird seeing the pumpkins with snow on them.

These were all processed with the new onOne Perfect Effects plug in, which I have been running nearly every picture I process lately through. Still taking some getting used to, but so far I am really happy that I upgraded.

Thanks for stopping by folks. See you tomorrow.

Looks cold and wet! Good stuff Dave!
Wow Dave, I guess fall was shorter than we thought and winter’s already here! Great shots, I love the one with the focus on the falling snow.

Yes I read the reports about the snow fall in the US this morning. First thing I thought? Great time to shoot some photos! Nice set Dave.

That looks like the perfect snow for a snowman and snowball fight. Hope you had some fun with that wet white crap.

wow Dave, stay warm! I was in shorts in Austin yesterday afternoon, though it was in the mid-40′s when I got up early to shoot the sunrise – hope you stay warm and great pics too!!

News of this reached the UK – we have family in Old Greenwich, CT. Hope you’re not shivering without power. Nice little series that says ‘it’s cold here’.

Lovely shots, Dave. Really digging that first one.
This “dusting” was quite a surprise. Snowed in my area pretty much all day. Nice to hear the feedback on Perfect Effects.
Wow it’s really too early to see the white stuff although it was all over the news this weekend. Great shots though.

Freaking crazy how people are getting this amount of snow already. Way to early IMO. Make the most of it I guess
Really like that pumpkin image. Not one you normally would see.
Winter comes early. Wow hard to believe that much snow already. Nice set of pics.

Great shots. I haven’t upgraded yet, but looks like they added quite a bit of stuff to the Suite!
