Another quick post this morning, as my busy day from yesterday spilled over into today. This is a shot that I took over the summer with the rented fisheye on a photowalk with Zach Frailey of the Uprooted Photographer was in town. We were on the North Shore, heading over the Duquesne Bridge just as the sun was setting behind Heinz Field, the home of the Pittsburgh Steelers. Add in some wide angle goodness from the fisheye to include the bridge leading through the scene and you have a pretty cool shot.
Thanks for dropping by everyone. Catch you all tomorrow.

Wow, you weren’t kidding about that being the same spot as my shot! A little wider though
I really dig that you got the setting sun over Heinz Field in there too!
Looks like one of the bike paths we have here, minus the cool bridge on the right

Cool stuff Dave. The “sunburst” look the sun rays have is a nice touch

Nice dreamy light and some cool details in this.
Love the way this looks. Great curving lines. I have to try out a fisheye.

Love the way you framed the path in the shot. The curve of it works well with the distortion of the fish. Great sun rays too!
