Good morning everyone!
Just a quick post and and run today. I actually took this shot last night from the West End Overlook, a place that I’ve been wanting to shoot from at night for night a while. Zach Frailey and I were up there last Friday morning, but the clouds weren’t particularly cooperating. I”ve also been up there during the day a few years back and after that I knew that I needed to get some night images, especially during Christmas with the tree at the Point. My favorite part of the entire image is actually in the PPG Building (second tallest building from the right with the spire on top). There are five windows lit up in a row near the top and one of them has a Christmas tree visible in the window!
Thanks for stopping by today folks, see you all tomorrow.

Wow, what a scene! These lights and reflections are fantastic, man. I like the smoothness of the flowing river, too. Nice work!

Awesome! Love that Christmas tree down in front. It would be sick image to get a large telephoto and capture a closeup of the PPG building with the tree inside.

This is great! Certainly a much better scene at night, especially with the way the sky was cooperating for us. Love the detail!
