Good morning everyone! To follow up yesterday’s post, which was a collection of some shots around Pittsburgh, today we head back to New York City for a few more HDRs from Central Park. I spent a good amount of time on Sunday going through and processing a nice chunk of my New York shots and I think that the end might be in sight! Well, maybe not entirely, but I am closer than I was last week!

This is Bethesda Fountain in Central Park late in the evening on my last night in the city. The sun was just poking through the trees and gave me this awesome flare.

I’ve featured Gapstow Bridge a couple of different times on my blog, but this is another view on a dreary Saturday morning.

A shot of the Mall in the middle of Central Park. One day, one day, I will get it nice and empty!

My original goal was to shoot the Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis Reservoir at night. However, the night that was I was in Central Park it was pouring down rain, so I settled for this evening shot instead!

One more view of the reservoir, a bit more wide angle this time.
Just one more thing. Today is my two year wedding anniversary for my wife and I! It’s been the happiest two years of my life and I can’t wait for many, many more!
Thanks for stopping by today folks! See you all tomorrow!

great series Dave, esp love that shot of the Mall – nice work!
Nice shots, Dave. I like the Mall shot and the people add a nice touch.
Great shots Dave. I love the way you’ve composed the third one with the trees forming a canopy over the people and path. Fantastic.

Very nice work Dave. Love the sunflare with the fountain. And happy anniversary to you and Mrs. Hdrexposed.
When I worked in NYC in the late 80′s, Central Park was a place you avoided due to the crime, especially at night. There has been a drastic improvement there over the years. Great images that show the best of the park, Dave.
Such amazing shots, every one!
The Central Park Mall shot has to be my favourite, and I think the people add something to the shot. Congrats on the anniversary, Dave.
