If you live in Pittsburgh, make sure to swing by the Backstage Bar, located in the Cultural District, until August 23rd to see my work on display!  All images are available for purchase as well!

Hey there everyone…welcome to my site!  If you didn’t know already, my name is Dave and I’m a Pittsburgh Wedding Photographer from the Steel City of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.  When I’m not shooting the stunning view from Mt. Washington, I love capturing the memories of two people enjoying the happiest day of their life together.  Weddings aren’t all I do; engagements, family, professional portrait work, heck I even do bands…I’ve got you covered. I do a fair amount of HDR (High Dynamic Range) imaging, which involves capturing the full range of light an image has to offer.  This makes for vibrant, colorful, almost painting-like images, that can really bring a scene to life. My portrait style is modern, artistic, almost cinematic, but most important, personal.  I love the candid moment, capturing a slice of time between people that is uniquely theirs and all the emotions and feelings that go along with it.  My hope is that each time you view your images, all those feelings will come rushing back. I’ve been published in the Pittsburgh Magazine, Pittsburgh Business Times, Landmarks Magazine, Western Pennsylvania Magazine and the Lonely Planet Travel Magazine, with cover shots on the Pittsburgh Magazine, Pittsburgh Business Times and Lonely Planet.  The Pittsburgh Penguins, Pitt Panthers, Duquesne University, the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust and various local high schools have also hired me to shoot various sporting and on campus events for them. If you’d like to know more, you can visit my my Q&A page or just shoot me an e-mail.  You can even use the “Contact” link at the top of the page, and we’ll set a time to capture some of those memories.  If you’re looking for my blog, you’ll find that here! Hope to hear from you soon!
